Wednesday - October 22nd, 2008

Went to as SPS (Student Photography Society) meeting at noon, then headed to my Marketing class at 1pm today.  The Kupres sisters decided to take a day off school and go horseback riding instead of coming to class, so I brought a book to read during class since they wouldn't be there to pass notes.  After the Marketing class, Erin Shallenhammer, a friend/student in my class and I went shopping to get some food for our food photo assignment which will be due next Monday.  After shopping, she takes the food back to her apartment to keep cold/frozen while I attended the SPS meeting/speaker at 5pm.  After the speaker spoke, the SPS board (yes, I'm on the SPS board as the treasurer) took the speaker out for dinner at a local restaurant.  Pretty fun, the speaker was a hair stylist so I learned some fun ways to comb my hair in the morning...
After dinner, I headed over to Erin's apartment in Chonshohoken, PA to meet up with her and shoot some photos of food in her apt.
Once I got to her apt, I was amazed with how modern the living quarters were.  It looked like an apartment you would find in a Modern Living catalog, pretty impressed!  Fungshuay (no clue how to spell it) at it's finest!

First to shoot was a fruity/chocolatey/pie, absolutely amazing to eat

I guess it's a heavenly devilish treat.    It had fruit which is healthy, but chocolate which is pretty unhealthy but so good!

Next up to shoot was some crabcakes with rice and lettuce - a big thanks to Erin for preparing and setting up the meal!  Probably should just as well give the photo credit to her too...

The last on the list to take pics of what the green martini mix.  Still not happy with the outcome, but at 1:30 a.m. we had to call it wraps for the night, we have a morning and afternoon class tomorrow, and a big test in the morning class...

Before I left I made sure to take a pic of her living room/kitchen.  The kitchen is to the far and bottom left.  It's absolutely amazing.  The modernativity fungshuay is incredible.  At 2am, we were exhausted.  Erin was almost asleep on the floor

I managed to make it to her room to see how all her fungshuayness was in effect there, until I fell asleep on her bed, which is ridiculously comfortable by the way.  Now I see why she likes to skip class and lay in bed all day!

after leaving Erin and her amazing fungshuayville, I was off to my apartment to upload some pics and lay in my own bed for 3 hours, then got up to get ready for my morning class...
